The Paris based NGO Robin des Bois (Robin Hood) is able to add to this information. <!--more-->The old car ferry, converted into a cruise ship in 2004, is indeed docked in the port of Nuuk. No doubt these muffled up \u00a0infantrymen on skis, dog sleds will find comfort in the sauna on deck 8, the jacuzzi on deck 7, the swimming pool on deck 6 and the 164 double cabins (for the more fortunate). Its <em>Expedition<\/em> (ex-<em>Ocean Adventurer<\/em>, ex-<em>Sea Adventurer<\/em>, ex-<em>Clipper Adventurer<\/em>, ex-<em>Alla Tarasova<\/em>) is the sistership of the mythical <em>Lyubov Orlova<\/em>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/robindesbois.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/shipbreaking36.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" type=\"absoluteLink\">(see &#8220;Shipbreaking&#8221; n\u00b036, pages 66-69)<\/a>, which was colonized by rats and disappeared in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean in February 2013 after a failed attempt to tow her from the port of Saint John in Canada to a breaking yard in Santo Domingo. On November 15, 2015 at 3:30 a.m., with 167 passengers on board, she was damaged by ice near the South Shetland Islands and the Antarctic Peninsula. The captain had temporary repairs carried out to ensure safety, but more extensive repairs were necessary and the rest of the cruise was cancelled.
