Under this hypothesis, it is for Dubai based Gulf Navigation, owner of the ex- <em>Probo Koala<\/em> since 2006, to clarify the conditions of the sale and the destination of the vessel.<\/p>\n<p>In accordance with Robin des Bois\u2019 (\u201cRobin Hood\u201d international association based in Paris) press release published May 17th 2011, the Equasis database displays, since May 31st that the <em>Gulf Jash<\/em> ex-<em>Probo Koala<\/em>, the <em>Gulf Ahmadi<\/em> ex-<em>Probo Bison<\/em> and the <em>Gulf Shagra <\/em>ex-<em>Probo Panda<\/em> are indeed \u201cto be broken up\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The ex-<em>Probo Koala<\/em> has been banned from entering into Bangladesh\u2019s territorial waters since May 27th. The Bangladesh authorities <a href=\"https:\/\/robindesbois.org\/english\/probo_koala\/probo-koala-to-the-cemetery.html\">were informed by Robin des Bois on May 17th<\/a>, of the vessels immanent arrival to Chittagong ship-breaking yards.<br \/>\nRobin des Bois had also informed the appropriate authorities in India and Pakistan on May 31st 2011 on the possibility that the vessel could be directed towards their countries.
